September 16, 2021: Meeting with the new Director of the International Visegrad Fund, Petr Mareš

2021/12/8
On 16 September, I received a courtesy visit of Mr. Petr Mareš, who was appointed the new Director of the International Visegrad Fund (IMF) in August.
At a meeting of V4 + Japan foreign ministers in Warsaw in May this year, it was agreed that the V4 and Japan would work together to support the Western Balkans region, and the IMF has became an important partner on this matter. The IMF is an international organization founded by the V4 countries on the basis of a treaty. Through private organizations in the Western Balkans, it has received support in a number of areas, such as culture, education, and human resource development. It is therefore important to establish active communication in order to further strengthen cooperation in the future.
